The Derivation of the Fine Structure Constant

In this paper I apply a dimensional analysis to the Gravitational and Electromagnetic force constants. The result is a new way to compute the inverse fine structure constant and an equation that directly links Einstein's famous mass energy equation to both radiation and electromagnetic theory. I also speculate on where the limits to blackbody temperatures might lie. I chose limits that might be more realistic than zero degree K at the cold end and 10^32 degree K at the hot end of the spectrum. I also provide a scaling technique that can link theoretical states of matter across the entire energy spectrum.
