This is a review of revolutionary scientific themes promoted at the international water conference in 2017. This conference is held annually in Bulgaria and has been growing from 2005-2017. Three broad revolutionary themes are identified as paradigm-breaking theories of water structure, water memory, and water consciousness. Concepts are briefly summarized, and an attempt is made to evaluate progress and plausibility of claims. It is concluded that this conference indeed represents the focal point of a real scientific revolution in progress (as conference promoters claim). The quality of novel research presentations is high across areas of chemistry, physics, biology, medicine, and measurement and technology.
