Galactic rotation-curves shows in many spiral- and dwarfgalaxies deviations in movement from the expectation of baryonic matter alone. Usually these deviations are explained by supposing a domination of a "dark-matter" halo. Here, in this treatise an alternative scenario is discussed in the sense of Ockams Razor: not to speculate new things to safe the phenomena but to try an explanation of observed phenomena by very well-known contributions. Therefore a global galactic magnetic plasma-halo is able by supposing a magnetic pressure and stress-term to deliver an additional dynamical term to movement of stars. This model doesn’t substitute gravity but elaborates the eeffective dynamics by magnetohydrodynmical effects (MHD).
