The Scalar Theory of Everything (STOE) suggests the four fundamental forces are emergent properties of the magnetic field of permanent magnets. The STOE postulates the fractal (self--similar) principle that suggests small size scales are similar to our everyday size scale. Thus, the assembly of permanent magnets into a sphere is similar to a nucleon. The magnetic force from the sphere varies as the inverse cube of the distance from the center of the sphere (nucleon) which is approximately exponential, it has short range attractive field, it is an assembly of gluons (short photons), it explains the one proton to one electron atomic structure despite the large difference in mass, it suggests a size limit to the nucleon, it reminds of strong and weak forces, and it suggests a structure of the nucleus has protons on an outside shell. The STOE has the feature of the other sense of a ``Theory of Everything'' - that of a ``Grand Unified Theory'' (GUT).

One of the bodies is a deformable three-axis ellipsoid (central body) and the other is a material point (satellite). The author suggests a unique method of movement using the energy of the medium of motion. The fact that the braking force (resistance) when extracting energy from the flow and thrust of the propulsion unit depend on the mass of the medium, which is involved in the inhibition (with energy recovery) and deadlift. If it is the same (or the same) mass, then the drag and thrust forces are equal. But if these masses are different (or the medium is different), then the forces are also different. This difference has long been widely used by mankind when the environment is different (wind-earth) (wind generators) or when the energy source is separated from the environment (all modern engines, rockets). The peculiarity of the author's new engine is that its engine extracts energy and creates thrust in the same medium by redistributing energy (speeds) within the medium, using DIFFERENT masses of this medium. The difference in forces can be used to move (decelerate or accelerate) the aircraft. In this case, the laws of conservation of energy and momentum of the system as a whole (apparatus-medium) are fulfilled. For us, the important thing is that we can fly and launch into space for free, without the need for massive quantities of expensive fuel. This may seem like a fantastic, unprincipled far-out dream, but simple experiments can confirm or disprove the presented theory.

Using polarization measurements in remote sensing and optical studies allows retrieving more information. We consider relationship between the reflection coefficients of plane and rough surfaces for linearly polarized waves. Certain polarization properties of reflected waves and polarization invariants, in particular at incident angle of forty five degrees, allow finding amplitude and phase characteristics of reflected waves. Based on this study, we introduce methods for finding dielectric permittivity, temperature and geometrical characteristics of observed surfaces. Experimental results prove that these methods can be used for different practical purposes in technological and remote sensing applications, in a broad range of electromagnetic spectrum.

Converting the time for light to travel to an object and back into information. The advantage of an infinite universe is that you can place an object at every possible position. You send light to a far away mirror and the mirror will reflect the light and it will return. The time it takes the light for its travel is information and because the universe is infinite, it’s possible to store any amount of information with this method. The more information you want to store, the further away the mirror has to be placed. You could theoretically store all information on earth with a flashlight and a mirror.

The invalid lagrangian can be formulated into a valid lagrangian with a three-phase process based on
Euler-Lagrange equation and conservation law. The formulation process modifies the lagrangian
with system invariant. The process is superior to the popular trial-and-error approach.
